All digital products available on the Platform are licensed under the General Public License (GPL) and developed by third parties.

These products are intended for personal use only. For commercial use, you must purchase them directly from the original developers.

We do not provide license keys, automatic updates, or direct support from the original developers.

Use of demo graphics (images, icons, videos) from product previews for any purpose is strictly prohibited.

After payment confirmation, purchased products will be available for download in your account's "Downloads" section within 30-45 minutes.

Purchases include free updates for one year. Lifetime purchases include lifetime updates.

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• If a plugin or theme is not functioning properly and our support team fails to resolve the issue within 3 business days, you will receive a refund or replacement.
• To qualify for a refund, you must provide screenshot or video proof of the issue.
• We may attempt to resolve the issue remotely using TeamViewer or AnyDesk.

We provide basic support such as installation guidance.

We do not offer custom modifications, demo setups, or freelance services.

For advanced customization, we recommend hiring a freelancer or developer.

Your personal information is used solely for transaction processing, product delivery, and customer service.

By registering, you consent to receiving email notifications regarding product updates and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will remove your email from our database within 24 hours.

All Platform content, including its design, layout, text, and graphics, is either proprietary or licensed to us.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of any content may result in legal action.

Free updates are provided for one year. After this period, the product will be removed from your Downloads page.

You are responsible for backing up the product before deletion.

If you wish to update after removal, you must purchase the latest version.

We do not provide support for old versions or issues arising from reinstallation.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference.

We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their policies, practices, or content.

We do not guarantee that products will function exactly as expected in every environment.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of downloaded products.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you or INR 100, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PluginVista, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
• Government actions or regulations
• Network failures, server outages, or cyberattacks
• Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hooghly, West Bengal.
